Open the 
VAT Clause Translations window.
Specifies the translations for each VAT clause description in different languages. You can have translations of a VAT clause in multiple languages.
After you set up the translations, when you create a posted sales document for a customer who has a language code, the VAT clause descriptive text is displayed in translation on the printed document. The display language is determined by the customer's Language Code setting.
